The most important part of this website and my entire business is you. That translates down to protecting your privacy and ensuring your satisfaction.
Any and all information you choose to share with me stays with me. I never ever sell your email address to anyone for any reason, nor do I share it with anyone without notifying you first. I HATE spam, and have never used any sort of email campaign in nearly 8 years of doing business on the Internet. In short, I treat your private information the way I want my information treated - respected and guarded.
Instead of having you transmit your information via the Internet, I have chosen to use PayPal for all payments. You can use a credit card or check with them, and I never get your financial information. I am merely notified that you have made a payment. I prefer it personally because it has had a great track record. Secondly, PayPal does offer you some buyer protection, though I prefer that you contact me directly for any problems first. Please check their website for their guarantee. If this really bothers you, email me and we will work something out. My email address is at the bottom of every page.
Next to your privacy, your satisfaction is extremely important. I have been selling my dolls and jewelry to the public via craft shows for over 10 years and have only recently decided to turn to the Internet. I have tried to describe every item fairly, and provide digital pictures to illustrate them. These two methods do not always work. If you are not satisfied with your item, first, drop me a line. There is always a chance I misunderstood your order or there is a typo. Second, if you feel you want to return the item, mail it back to me and send me an email with how much you paid for postage. I will issue you a credit for your full purchase price PLUS the postage it took you to return it to me.
Daydream Catchers look delicate, and to a degree they are. If you take reasonable care of your earrings, they will last for many years. Please don't allow babies or pets to chew on them. Store them in their plastic bag, where other jewelry won't get caught in the webbing. If the webbings break anytime during the first year you have them, drop me an email telling me what happened, and I will replace them at no charge. They should survive a trip through the washing machine, though this is not a guarantee. If you wish to clean them, please soak them in mild soap, rinse in warm water, and hang to dry.
No two dolls are exactly alike. All faces are hand painted, and they do vary. The dolls listed are the ones actually available. Likewise, Daydream Catchers are unique, and no two are identical. I try hard to make the pair resemble each other, but this is not a guarantee. Please do understand the variances, and do not expect each one to be a carbon copy. Because of this, I do have a firm policy on accepting returns. If you don't like it, let me know and tell me what I can do to make you happy.
Unless you request otherwise, all items will be mailed out first class. If an item fails to arrive, please do let me know. I will email you the day the item ships out.
Finally, if you have any questions, please contact me. Your feedback is important!
